Terms & Conditions

  1. General
  • By booking a session with RIMH Visuals you agree to the following terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions apply to all photography services provided by RIMH Visuals. 
  1. Booking and Payment

NON-Travel Booking

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the session.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  • Payments can be made via Cash, Zelle, major credit cards & Apply Pay.

Bookings that require Travel

A non- refundable deposit of 50%is required to secure your booking.  The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the session.

  • Payments can be made via Cash, Zelle, major credit cards & Apply Pay.
  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Clients may reschedule their session with at least 72hour notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • If the client cancels the session less than 72hours, total payment and sessions will be forfeited.

  • RIMH Visuals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session due to illness, emergencies, or unfavorable weather conditions. In such cases, the deposit will be transferred to a rescheduled date.

  1. Photoshoot
  • The client is responsible for their own appearance, wardrobe, and any special requests for the photoshoot.
  • RIMH Visuals will provide direction and guidance during the session to achieve the best possible results.
  • The photographer is not responsible for delays or missed shots due to client tardiness.  Tardiness can result in a lower amount of final photos offered in package, rescheduling or full cancellation of session.
  1. Image Delivery
  • Edited images will be delivered digitally within 6-8 weeks following the session.
  • RIMH Visuals and discuss a number of edited images with client as per package.
  • Additional photos outside of number of photos agreed upon, edits or retouching will incur an extra fee.
  1. Copyright and Usage
  • RIMH Visuals retains full copyright of all images taken during the session.

  • The client is granted a personal, non-commercial license to print and share the images for personal use only.

  • Commercial use or selling the images without the photographer’s prior written consent is prohibited.
  1. Model Release
  • By booking with RIMH Visuals, you consent to your images being used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, website galleries, social media, and any additional marketing or advertising.
  • If you do not wish for your images to be used for such purposes, please notify the photographer in writing prior to the session.
  1. Liability
  • RIMH Visuals takes the utmost care with respect to the capture, retouching, and delivery of images. However, in the event of equipment failure, equipment damage, equipment theft or any unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee or rescheduling of the session.
  • The photographer is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur traveling to session site, on session sight, in studio, during the photo session or traveling from photo session.
  1. Client Satisfaction
  • RIMH Visuals is committed to delivering high-quality images and service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the images or services, please communicate this within 48 hours of receiving the final product.  We value your feedback.  Payment in non-refundable. 
  1. Governing Law
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
