Cancellation

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit:

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price is required at the time of contract signing. If booking requires travel, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package is required at the time of signing the contract.  This deposit confirms your reservation and covers initial planning and preparation for your shoot.

  1. Cancellation Notice:

  – More than 60 days prior to the scheduled shoot: If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  – 30 to 60 days prior to the scheduled shoot: If you cancel your booking between 30 to 60 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a 50% refund of the package price, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  – Less than 30 days prior to the scheduled shoot: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled shoot date.

  1. Travel Expenses:

In the event of a cancellation, any travel expenses incurred prior to your cancellation (such as flights, accommodation, and transport) will not be refunded. Please be aware that these costs may vary based on the destination and time of booking.

  1. Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your shoot, please notify us at least 30 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new dates, subject to availability. A new contract and deposit may be required to secure your rescheduled date.

  1. Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, illness, travel restrictions, etc.) that prevent the shoot from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be issued for any payments made.

  1. Agreement:

By signing the contract, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the cancellation policy outlined above.
